Shine Window Care was a business founded by Chris Fisher and his wife Michelle. Chris learned teambuilding through sports. He learned how to win and how to lose. He learned the importance of attention to detail, team first, preparation, hard work, sacrifice, setting goals and planning to win. Chris was both the captain of a state championship team in high school and captain of his college basketball team.

Chris’ wife became pregnant and Chris knew he had to find a way to earn some money to provide for them. He decided he would choose between a corporate career in sales or starting his own small business. Chris chose to start a window washing small business after college. He knocked on doors and booked his first few jobs in which he needed his wife’s help in order to complete these jobs. From the start, he experienced the ups-and-downs of getting a business off the ground, having to learn everything through trial and error. He began with his “corporate office” in a third story apartment with a computer rebuilt by a friend. He was a guy and a bucket, without insurance. He saw a need in the industry and had a vision. He named is company Golden Eagle Window Cleaning.

Through several years of building Golden Eagle Window Cleaning and hiring employees, he saw the need to be different, to be better. By 2006, Chris had several employees in the field cleaning windows. He felt there was something else out there. Something to keep Golden Eagle staff employed in the winter. That same year, Golden Eagle began installing Christmas Lights. Golden Eagle turned into Shine. The company became structured with a General Manager, Office Manager, Sales Manager, Crew Leaders and Technicians. After many years of learning, growing, and developing, Shine Holiday Lighting knew they were only steps away from perfecting the holiday lighting industry.  Shine made it its mission to do differently than others - to be the best all around professional Christmas lighting company. 

Today, Chris is still very active in the company. He built the current Shine team who is dedicated to making clients happy by giving them world-class service with a smile in every area of business; while taking pride in themselves and Shine.
